On Friday, March 6, the Transylvania Pioneers, featuring former Breckinridge County High School standout Hunter Barr, were defeated 82-47 by the Washington Bears in the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The matchup, which tipped off at 8:35 p.m. at WashU Field House, was the first meeting between the Pioneers and the Bears in this tournament.
