"Despite the Biden admin's assertion, the Pandemic is Over Act doesn't end Title 42. COVID-19 PHE & Title 42 are separate authorities. Title 42 is at Pres. Biden's discretion. Pres. Biden shouldn't choose to end Title 42 without working with Republicans to secure the border first."
