Vendors are invited to submit proposals covering unleaded gasoline, on-road diesel fuel, off-road diesel fuel, and diesel exhaust fluid. Bids must include per-gallon pricing, any delivery fees or surcharges, and clarification on whether prices are fixed or subject to market changes.

Sealed bids should be delivered to the Meade County Judge/Executive’s Office at 516 Hillcrest Drive, Suite 12 in Brandenburg. The deadline for submission is no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Late submissions will not be considered.

According to the announcement, “The Meade County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to accept the bid that is determined to be in the best interest of the county.” For additional information or questions regarding this process, vendors can contact the Judge/Executive’s Office at (270) 422-3967.
